I must say, I’m quite impressed with your variety!
You make it seem so effortless. It looks delicious.
Do you feel and stay full when you have salads? I find that I wake up in the middle of the night so hungry after having a salad for dinner. Maybe I need to add more protein or something.
It’s all Mike – he makes it look effortless. I just eat and take the pictures.
Mike is usually still hungry after a salad, but it fills me up. We have pretty hearty salads – lots of veggies, cheese, nuts and often a protein. And sometimes we’ll have a piece of bread, too.
